For many, these scars remain visible even under makeup or a beard, which can lead to significant self-consciousness and emotional distress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At our practice, we believe in a bespoke approach to scar revision. Depending on the depth and extent of the affected areas, we typically recommend fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, microneedling, or a combination of both.
