Biostimulators at SCHÖNE HAUT Berlin:
For Lasting Skin Vitality
Biostimulators, such as polynucleotides or exosomes, represent a modern, regenerative approach to aesthetic medicine. Unlike traditional fillers, they do not simply replace volume; instead, they activate the body’s own repair and regeneration processes. The goal is a sustainable improvement in skin quality from the inside out.

What are Injectable Polynucleotides?
PN-HPT® (Polynucleotides – High Purification Technology) are of natural origin, derived from freshwater fish intended for human consumption.
Polynucleotides are macromolecules of our DNA. Every day, our DNA is subjected to toxic environmental stressors and remains in a constant state of repair. Whether it is sun exposure, alcohol, nicotine, or fine dust, our skin is permanently challenged to counteract these influences. Polynucleotides provide the essential “nourishment” the skin needs to perform these vital repair processes.
They provide essential building blocks to:
- Boost collagen production
- Neutralize free radicals
- Increase the viability and number of fibroblasts
Ultimately regenerate damaged, atrophic, or aging tissue and significantly enhance skin quality.

Who is a Candidate for Injectable Polynucleotides?
This treatment offers versatile possibilities and is suitable for:
- Women and men of all skin types
- Both young and mature skin
- Individuals wishing to improve skin structure, such as those with acne scarring or sun-damaged skin
Frequently Asked Questions
Which areas can be treated with polynucleotides?
What are the effects of polynucleotide treatment at our practice?
The treatment improves fine lines, wrinkles, and overall skin tone while enhancing structure and elasticity. By reactivating cellular renewal, we achieve a remarkable immediate effect. Furthermore, when combined with fractionated CO2 laser, Potenza™, or microneedling, polynucleotides significantly reduce downtime.
This allows you to return to your social routine much faster. The cost for a combined treatment with polynucleotides is €99.
Are there different types of polynucleotide products?
Yes. Depending on the treatment area and skin type, we offer tailored polynucleotide products. Before the procedure, a consultation regarding your skin type and aesthetic goals is conducted to select the ideal product and treatment plan.
What does the treatment process involve?
After an initial consultation to discuss your specific goals, the treatment typically takes between 15 and 20 minutes. We utilize the Nanosoft® needle for injections, which ensures an exceptionally gentle application and—most importantly—prevents bruising.
How many sessions are required?
For optimal results, we recommend:
- Initial Phase: Usually 3 treatments spaced 2–3 weeks apart
- Maintenance: Refresher sessions approximately two to three times per year
Are results immediate?
The effects unfold gradually. You will notice a positive change after the very first session—the skin appears significantly fresher and better hydrated. In the long term, the skin barrier is strengthened, protection against environmental damage is enhanced, and the skin texture is visibly refined.
How long do the results last?
To maintain the improved skin quality after the initial phase, we recommend regular refresher treatments two to three times a year, depending on the treatment and individual skin condition.
Will I experience downtime?
You may experience temporary mild redness or slight swelling, which subsides very quickly. You can resume your normal activities immediately after the session.
Post-treatment care: What should I keep in mind?
On the day of treatment, the treated areas should be left undisturbed for about four hours. Avoid touching the skin with your fingers and refrain from applying makeup initially.
Later, a gentle lymphatic massage of the area is encouraged.
When should this treatment be avoided?
Contraindications:
- Known hypersensitivity to the drug or its components.
- Infections at the injection site (e.g., herpes or severe acne).
- As a precaution, we do not treat pregnant or breastfeeding patients.
